* VT1000 terminal emulation has been fixed!  We spent several days debugging
  quirks and errors in the VT1000 driver.  Selecting VT100 for the default on
  Dial/Connect resets the screen size to 24 x 80, which was not previously
  working properly.

* Reverse video now works.

* Screen is cleared on Dial, was DIal/Connect.

* User can select from many available screen sizes ROW x COLUMN.

* Optional display to terminal screen can be set to update display
  with each line feed (new line), default updates the screen with
  all bytes from the modem written all at ounce.
